Returns & Exchanges

At Royal Albert, we strive for perfection in every order, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or use our guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Royal Albert gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with adequate protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
